Following the fabulous food, celebrations, and merriment, a short AGM to set up for next fall.
You may wish to consider volunteering for a position on the Executive. This is where your ideas and experiences are welcomed, and wonderful camaraderie develops.

Nomination Process
Nominations may be submitted in advance to the President email: Bushby.garden@gmail.com.
Additional nominations may be accepted from the floor at the AGM, with the nominee's consent.
Nominees must be members in good standing of the Society.
Voting Procedure
Each member in good standing present at the AGM is entitled to one vote.
Where only one nominee stands for a position, the election may be by acclamation.
Where more than one nominee stands for a position, voting will be conducted by a show of hands or another method approved by the membership.
Election results will be announced before the close of the meeting.
We look forward to sharing a wonderful afternoon of fellowship, gardening, and Society business in the beautiful garden of Verna and George. Your participation and support help ensure the continued success of the Cowichan Valley Rhododendron Society.
